Nutella brownies recipe – No egg no butter Nutella brownie recipe – How to make eggless Nutella brownies with step-by-step pictures.
After a long time, I wanted to bake something and I have a big box of Nutella lying in my kitchen which my friend gave to me while shifting her house. I wanted to utilize this in one shot and I was searching for eggless cupcakes with Nutella. Finally, I got an Eggless Nutella Brownies recipe.

Nutella brownies recipe
No egg no butter Nutella brownie recipe
Servings 4
Ingredients
- 1 cup minus 2 tbsp Nutella
- 1 cup Plain flour | all purpose flour
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ½ cup yogurt
- 1/3 cup oil
- ½ cup milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- ¼ cup almonds or walnuts or cashew nuts
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp instant coffee powder
Instructions
- Sift the flour, baking powder, coffee powder and cocoa powder together for even mixing.
- Melt the Nutella in the microwave for 2 minutes.
- I did it using the double boiler method.
- In a wide bowl, add milk, yogurt, oil, vanilla essence, and sugar and mix well.
- Add this to Nutella and mix well.
- Pour this into the sifted flour mixture and fold gently and evenly.
- o Add finely chopped nuts to this, I used cashew nuts, and mix gently.

- Preheat the oven to 160 degrees celsius for 10 minutes.
- Transfer this to a greased baking tin ( square tin) and bake in a160 degree Celcius oven for 30 mins.
- Mine took 25 minutes to bake. Bake at 170 degrees. Insert a toothpick in the center and check whether it is done. If it comes out clean, take it out of the oven and cool them for 20 minutes.
- Cut them into squares and if you like to have them warm, just microwave this for 20 seconds and serve.
- I cut them into big squares and this yielded 11 to 12 pieces.

Notes

That's really lovely brownies.I have been trying to bake a proper cake and brownies.They are all turning out to be hard.I am careful abt the baking tim yet though edible they r not soft of fluffy.I haven't got a beater so I use a fork to beat the eggs.In this recipe how sour should the curd be?Or just plain?
Appreciate if you could write to me whats going wrong in my baking.The kids are desperate as I am to bake a fluffy and yummy cake or brownie.

Thanks for the message. Regarding baking, the temperature depends on the texture of brownies. I never use egg in my baking. So i don't know about that.
For this recipe, the yogurt need not be sour, just plain one will do. Eggless brownies will be bit dense

I tried this recipe with wheat flour (maida1/4,wheat 3/4) came out v.well.We all enjoyed….
Pre heated temperature & baking temperature is not same right. Pre haeated at 190 baked at 170??
