Mango rasayana recipe, Mango recipes

Mango rasayana recipe, Mango recipes an easy no-cook mango recipe, made using ripe mango, coconut milk, and jaggery. The recipe is originally a Udipi-style one, made using bananas and mangoes. I have heard about this a lot but never tasted it or tried it at home. This mango seekarane is similar to Aamras. Coconut milk and mango make a nice combo, which I have tasted in Thai sticky mango rice. Two days back, when i was invited by my friend to her house for lunch, her mom made a delicious spread. The Udippi-style food was too good and finally, we had this mango rasayana for dessert. Being an avid mango lover, I shamelessly, overloaded myself with 2 servings of this delicious dessert. I wanted to make this at home for my family. I tried this today and everyone loved it. We had Aloo parathas for dinner and had this mango rasayana as a dessert.
