Beach style Kara pori recipe, simple and healthy beach style pori recipe. Kara pori recipe with full video and step-by-step pictures.
This Beach style pori, a healthy and easy snack. We are not adding any oil into this, so it is a zero oil snack recipe. We can call this as South Indian version of Sukka Bhel. We used to get this in beach and on the street sides too. Near our home one guy used to come daily and sells this kara pori. He keeps all the ingredients and just assembles after we place the order.
We can easily make this healthy snack at home. You can serve this as a tea-time snack too. We use easily available ingredients to make this Beach style kara pori. This should be served immediately else it will become soggy.
My kids are a huge fan of this roadside kara pori. Whenever we go to India, they used to get this from the vendor who comes daily in our street. So I make this for them at home at times, so that it will be hygienic.
