Bread Manchurian, Easy no deep fry bread manchurian recipe, with full video and step by step pictorial explanation.
Bread manchurian is an easy kids friendly snack recipe. We usually make Gobi manchurian, Baby corn manchurian to pair with fried rice. I just used the same base for manchurian and made with bread.
Usually, bread is deep-fried for making Bread manchurian recipe. I want to make a non-deep fried version of Manchurian. Kids loved this evening snack. While you are thinking about what to make for kids snacks in the evening, do try this Bread manchurian at home.

Ingredients
- 4 bread slices
- 2 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp chopped ginger
- 2 green chilis
- ½ capsicum cubed
- 1 onion finely chopped
- Spring onion Greens for garnishing
- 1 tbsp chili sauce
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 2 tsp soya sauce
- Salt little
- 4 tbsp oil
Instructions
- In a pan add 2 tbsp oil
- Trim the edges of the bread and cut them into cubes.
- Add sliced bread cubes to the pan.
- Saute till golden brown and keep it aside.
- Alternatively you can deep fry the bread cubes in oil.
- In the pan add 2 tbsp oil and chopped garlic, ginger, and green chili.
- Saute for a minute.
- Add 1 chopped onions. I added Spring onion too.
- Saute and add a little salt. We will be adding sauces so add salt only for onions.
- Cook till translucent.
- Add 1 tbsp chili sauce,1 tbsp tomato ketchup, and 2 tsp soya sauce.
- Mix well and cook for a minute.
- Now add the capsicum cubes and saute for a minute
- Add in the bread pieces now.
- Mix well evenly.
- Add spring onion greens, if you are not using spring onions it’s ok.
- Mix well and switch off.
