Butter corn paneer rice recipe, Easy to make lunch box recipe, with full video and step by step pictures.
This butter corn paneer rice is a very simple and easy rice recipe using frozen corn and paneer. We are not adding onion or garlic to this recipe. So you can make them in a jiffy. Also, you can pack this for the kid’s lunch box or make it for a weeknight dinner too.
Both sweet corn and paneer are kids’ favorites. We are seasoning the rice with oregano and chili flakes, which give a very nice flavour. You can replace the Italian seasoning with our Indian Tandoori masala or garam masala too. The crunchiness of sweet corn sauteed in butter, paneer cubes adds a very nice taste to the rice.
If you are looking for an easy, tasty, and healthy lunch box recipe, then try this butter corn paneer rice. Instead of adding the paneer cubes, you can scramble them and add them to the rice. Simple Potato chips or an onion tomato-based gravy will pair well with this butter corn paneer rice.
