Chaat masala|How to make chaat masala, recipe with full video and step by step pictorial instructions.
Chaat masala is one of the popular spice in Indian cuisine. It is widely used in Indian chaat recipes like Khakra chaat, Chaat sundal Aloo tikki chaat, and so on. I have always been using store-bought powder in all my recipes. I have been thinking to try this recipe at home for a long time.
Recently i have posted Homemade Biryani masala recipe. I have also posted Homemade Garam masala recipe in Jeyashris kitchen.
While I was looking for a perfect recipe, I suddenly remembered a friend. Her mother in law makes it at home. So I messaged her and she texted me back in a day with the recipe. All the ingredients were so simple and everything was readily available at home. I also googled for the recipe and added 2 extra ingredients in the original recipe she gave.
It turned out so flavourful. I added in my fruit chaat and raita and it was very yum. Do give it a try and let me know how it turned.
