Chocolate peda recipe made using condensed milk, milk powder and cocoa powder, a super easy Diwali sweet, recipe with full video and step by step pictures. I have posted Chocolate Modak recipe using khoya. Chocolate sweets are always most welcoming in all the houses, especially by kids. Generally we make pedas but i decided to shape it like Diyas. Last year itself i wanted to try this out. My friend Arch told me about this peda diyas and showed me a picture too. I loved the idea and finally decided to attempt it. Worst case, if diyas won’t turn out well, i can make peda. I don’t say i made good diya with peda dough, but it’s definitely a better attempt for people like me who are so impatient to do some artistic work.

Just wondering, are you using sweetened condensed milk in this recipe? There is no mention of sugar in the ingredient list.
