Usually, papdi chaat is made using deep-fried papdis. This cucumber chaat is very similar to papdi chaat but we are using cucumber slices instead of papdis. If you are looking for a healthy chaat or a healthy party snack then you should try this cucumber chaat.

Cucumber chaat recipe
Ingredients
- 1 big cucumber
- ½ cup boiled chickpeas
- 1 finely chopped onion
- ½ tsp chaat masala
- ½ tsp cumin powder
- ½ tsp black salt
- ½ tsp red chili powder
- 1 tomato
- Green chutney as needed
- Sweet chutney as needed
- ¼ cup pomegranate arils
- Sev as needed
- Coriander leaves to garnish
Instructions
- Wash and cut the cucumber and cut into slightly thick roundels.
- Arrange them in a plate.
- Add boiled chickpeas on this. You can add chopped boiled potatoes instead of that.
- Mix the chaat masala, cumin powder, black salt and red chili powder.
- Sprinkle this on the top of the cucumber slices.
- Add finely chopped onions and tomatoes.
- Now add the green chutney and sweet chutney on the top.
- Add in the pomegranate arils on this.
- Garnish with seva and coriander leaves.
- Serve immediately.
