Chocolate clusters are nuts coated in melted chocolate. You can use any nut of your choice. They are bake-free goodies, perfect for a party or for gifts. We make this with nuts and melted chocolate.
What are the main ingredients of Chocolate clusters
We use semi-sweet chocolate chips of dark chocolate and any nuts of your choice. I have used almonds and cashew nuts. You can use a mix of roasted peanuts, pecan, macadamia nuts, and pistachio too. We can use cornflakes also for making these clusters. I have seen people using marshmallows too in chocolate clusters.
How long can I store the chocolate clusters
You can store the chocolate clusters at room temperature for 3 days. You can store this in the refrigerator for a month and in the freezer for 3 months.
I used dark chocolate for making these chocolate clusters. You can use a combo of semi-sweet chocolate chips and dark chocolate too. Alternatively, you can use white chocolate chips too. A nice sprinkle of sea salt on the top will enhance the taste of it. You can use roasted salted nuts too.

Easy Chocolate nut clusters
Easy Chocolate Clusters recipe
Ingredients
- ½ cup grated cooking chocolate or chocolate chips
- ½ cup nuts I used almonds and cashew nuts
Instructions
- In a bowl add ½ cup of finely chopped dark chocolate. You can add semi sweet chocolate chips too.
- Melt this using double boiler method. Ensure that the water will not splutter on the chocolate.
- Alternatively, you can microwave this for 2 minutes.
- If you are doing this, take out after 30 seconds and stir it.
- Let the chocolate melt fully into a smooth and silky texture.
- Keep this aside.
- If you have roasted nuts just go head but if you have raw nuts, let’s roast this and then proceed.
- Dry roast the nuts for 2-3 minutes in a medium flame.
- You can chop the nuts into half and roast.
- Once done switch off the stove and transfer the roasted nuts to a bowl.
- Once it becomes warm, add this to the melted chocolate.
- Mix well using a spoon.
- Line a tray with parchment paper.
- Spoon a tbsp of the chocolate nut mixture in the parchment tray.
- Refrigerate this for an hour. Do not keep this in the freezer.
- It will become firm and set.
- Chocolate nut clusters are ready to serve.
- You can pack this and give it as a gift too.
