You allow it to cool down completely and then make into pieces it will come out like that rubbery karachi halwa
i hv tried many times, (as per ur suggestion), everything was good except gooey texture. I couldnt get rubbery halwa. anyother tips?

Sure, but you need dwadesi recipe or ekadesi? becoz for ekadesi at my in laws place they don't eat anything, else samba rava porridge only they have.
