Channar puli -Bengali sweet recipe - Paneer Jamun recipe We always make Gulab jamun for Diwali. It is one of the must recipes in most Indian homes for Diwali. This Channar puli is a popular Bengali sweet, looks similar to gulab jamun. I have tried khoya gulab jamun and posted the recipe too in Jeyashris kitchen. Though it looks similar to Gulab jamun we don't use any ready mix or khoya or milk powder to make this. We are using paneer, maida, and condensed milk to make the dough. This Channar puli turned out extremely well and the whole family and friends loved it.
