Preparation Time : 10 mins | Cooking Time : 20 Mins |Serves: 2-3 Tomato 2 big Onion 1 Coconut 1 tblsp Roasted gram | chutney dal 1 tsp Green chili 1-2 Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp Oil 3 tsp Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp Urad dal 1/2 tsp Asafoetida 2 pinches Curry leaves few Method: Cut the tomato into two. In a pan add water and cook the tomatoes for 10 minutes. Once the skin starts peeling off, switch off the flame. Take out the skin and allow this to cool completely. Slice the onions finely. Grind the coconut, green chili and coconut into a fine paste.
