Jal jeera | Jaljeera recipe – Popular mint flavoured Indian drink – Recipe of Jal jeera with full video and step by step instructions.
Jal jeera is a famous mint flavored lemonade generally served as an appetizer and a very popular summer drink too. t is a very good appetizer too as it has digestive properties too. I have tasted this many times in restaurants but I never thought I can make this at home. I have used a few store-bought jal jeera powders. But after trying jal jeera drink at home, I have decided not to buy any store-bought jal jeera powder from shops. This jal jeera drink is very easy to make and you will get addicted to this summer cooler. This drink can be made using easily available ingredients at home.
What is jaljeera made of
Jaljeera is made using mint leaves, coriander leaves, roasted cumin seed powder, lemon juice, ginger, pepper, sugar, jaggery, and chaat masala.
The same jaljeera water can be used as Pani puri water too. You can take jaljeera if you have any indigestion too. If you want to make it a fizzy drink, you can add some plain soda to this and make jaljeera soda too.
