Vatha kuzhambu is one of the most favorite items in our home. I can say the only dish I can make exactly like my mom is Vatha kuzhambu. We generally make Vatha kuzhambu using different veggies but personally, I prefer the Vengaya Vatha kuzhambu and Drumstick Vatha kuzhambu. We generally make paruppu usili or some kootu as an accompaniment for vatha
kuzhambu. Many people love to have spicy potato curry too.
