Most of the time we make South Indian food for weekend lunch. But at times the North Indian food also takes place in the menu. But that will end mostly with curd rice. We get fresh Lauki in local shops and Indian shops over here too. I generally don’t buy lauki often but i got it this time. I planned to make the lauki channa dal kootu but changed my mind and made this lunch menu platter.
