Bhel puri is a popular street-style snack recipe made with puffed rice, papdi, potato, and chutneys, and every place has its variations. Usually, we make sweet chutney and green chutney to make bhel puri. Some people make red chili garlic chutney to make this popular street-style chaat recipe. I am a huge fan of bhel puri and recently for a Mango fest organised by the Indian Embassy in Hong Kong, I made a cookery demo and showcased this mango bhel puri recipe. It was a super hit in the show. Check out my Instagram reels to know more about the show.
Coming to the recipe, I have not only added raw mango and ripe mango pieces to the usual bhel puri to make it Mango Bhel puri. I made Raw mango green chutney and Mango sweet chutney to make it more flavourful. I have posted green chutney with raw mango in Jeyashris kitchen. I have shared the sweet mango chutney in this post, the recipe adapted from here.
