Mango dry fruit milkshake, no sugar added mango milkshake recipe with nuts and seeds. Healthy mango milkshake recipe with full video and step-by-step pictures.
Mango, the king of fruits is my favorite, I have shared a wide collection of mango recipes in Jeyashris kitchen. A milkshake is usually made using milk, sugar, or any fruit you choose, and ice cream is added while blending or serving. It is a high-calorie drink. I have not used sugar or any artificial sweetener in this mango dry fruit milkshake. We are adding nuts seeds and dates in this recipe. Mango also acts as a nice natural sweetener.
During this peak summer, you can serve this to kids for breakfast or in the evening. Even before or after a workout you can have this protein-rich no sugar added mango dry fruits milkshake. If you are a mango lover like me, do give this a try. During the non-mango season, you can make this using banana.
