Mango panna recipe using ripe mangoes, a no-cook recipe, with full video. Aam panna is a tangy and sweet refreshing mango drink traditionally made using Raw mango. I posted my version of aam panna recipe long back in Jeyashri’s kitchen. Traditionally they cook the raw mango and make this drink. A few years back I tried mango pachadi using ripe mangoes. While browsing through the collection of mango recipes in Jeyashris kitchen, I got this idea of making Aam panna | Mango panna recipe using ripe mangoes. Got to see nice ripe local mangoes here in Hongkong and loved the taste.
Usually, during this time of the year, we start getting the Indian Alphonso mangoes and banganapally mangoes. But due to this lockdown now, we are not getting Indian vegetables or fruits now. So happened to buy the mangoes from the Hongkong wet market and they tasted pretty yum. If you are a huge mango fan like me do check out our popular mango recipes.
