Onion laccha salad | Masala pyaz recipe – Restaurant style Onion salad recipe with full video and step-by-step pictorial instructions.
Onion laccha salad is made by cutting onions into thick roundels and smeared with Indian masalas. Usually, this is served along with Chana bhatura or naan or kebabs too in Indian restaurants. I am a huge fan of this Onion salad but I hesitate to eat salads in restaurants as they keep the cut onions open for a long time.
I love this with chole bhatura but it is made in my kitchen very rarely. Last week I made Chole bhatura for Brunch and I managed to make a video of making this Onion Laccha salad. In the evening I made some Bread chana for kid’s snacks and I enjoyed a sliced by topping it with the leftover onion salad.
Do give this try and I am sure this will enhance the taste of your starters too. Check out some Interesting kebab | cutlet recipes.
