Panner bhurji is an easy side dish which we can prepare with paneer, and can be done in a jiffy, recipe of paneer bhurji with step by step pictures. Even if you have curdled milk at home, you can make paneer bhurji with that. I used frozen paneer in this recipe, for making paneer bhurji.

Ingredients
- Paneer scrambled 1 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Oil 4 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Onion 2
- Tomato 1
- Capsicum 1/2
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 3/4 tsp
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Kasoori methi 2 pinches
- Salt as needed
- Coriander leaves for garnishing
Description
Panner bhurji is an easy side dish which we can prepare with paneer, and can be done in a jiffy, recipe of paneer bhurji with step by step pictures.
- Add 1 cup of cubed paneer to hot water.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes, drain the water completely and pulse the paneer in mixie.
- Scrambled paneer is ready.
- In a pan add 4 tsp oil and add 1 tsp cumin seeds and 1 tsp ginger garlic paste.
- Saute till the raw smell goes, cook in low flame.
- Add 2 chopped onions.
- Saute till it becomes translucent.
- Add 1 finely chopped tomato.
- Add in the Capsicum.
- Add the scrambled paneer.
- Mix well and cook for a minute, do no cook too much as it will make the paneer rubbery.
- Add crushed kasoori methi and mix well.
- Switch off the flame.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Paneer bhurji can be served with chapati along with a dal, if needed.
Notes
1. You can use fresh paneer for making paneer bhurji, in that case no need to put that in hot water. 2. For vegan version, replace paneer with tofu and make tofu bhurji.

- Mix well and cook for a minute, do no cook too much as it will make the paneer rubbery.
- Add crushed kasoori methi and mix well.
- Switch off the flame.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- You can use fresh paneer for making paneer bhurji, in that case no need to put that in hot water.
