Ice cream is one of the most favorite desserts in our home. Especially kids love it the most. During this peak summer time, when they are at home, they crave for some cold popsicle or ice cream. Most of the times I try to make it at home or instruct them to make it with easy ingredients available at home. Usually, Ice creams | popsicles doesn’t need any cooking, kids can make it on their own. Also, in the summer vacation it can be an activity for the kids too.
This Ice cream I made using Parle G biscuits. You can use any plain milk biscuit of your choice. I didn’t any cream or condensed milk to this ice cream. Also, no Ice cream maker is used for making this Parle G Ice cream. The Ice cream turned out very creamy and kids loved it.

Parle G Ice cream recipe
Ingredients
- 20 Parle G biscuits
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp sugar optional
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 cup chilled full cream milk
Instructions
- Take 20 parle G biscuits
- Put them in a zip lock and crush them roughly.
- Add them to a mixie jar.
- Add cocoa powder, sugar, chilled milk, and vanilla essence.
- Blend this well smoothly.
- Transfer this to a bowl and cover this.
- Freeze for 8 hours or overnight.
- Creamy Parle G Ice cream is ready.

- You can add fresh cream instead of milk to get a creamier texture.
- Few chocolate chips can be added to the Parle G ice cream before freezing.
- Take 20 parle G biscuits
- Put them in a ziplock and crush them roughly.
- Add them to a mixie jar.
- Add cocoa powder, sugar, chilled milk and vanilla essence.
- Blend this well smoothly.
- Transfer this to a bowl and cover this.
