Potato sabzi |No onion no garlic recipe – Easy no onion no garlic version of potato masala recipe with full video and step-by-step pictures.

We usually make potato masala for poori. Apart from the South Indian version we make the North Indian style Aloo masala too. This one is a super easy one without the addition of onion and garlic. Many people always run out of ideas when it comes to the No onion no garlic version of the Side dish for chapati.

This potato sabzi recipe my mom used to make during our childhood days. Those days chapati is a very rare thing at home. We used to consume more Idli and dosa. Whenever amma makes chapati, she makes Veg kurma as side dish. During one of the summer holidays, my mom learned this recipe from my athai. Onion and garlic are not widely used in our cooking those days.

We used to enjoy this along with chapati and poori. If you are looking for a simple no onion no garlic recipe for this fasting season, then try out this simple potato sabzi recipe.
