Seeraga Samba rice Veg biryani recipe

Seeraga Samba rice Veg Biryani recipe in pressure cooker. Veg biryani rice recipe with full video and step by step instructions.

One-pot veg biryani is always a super hit in our home. I always use Basmati rice for making Veg Biryani. Whenever I have guests I make the Hyderabadi Veg Dum Biryani at home. I was first introduced to this Seeraga samba rice by our neighbor aunty in Madurai. She makes excellent Biryani. She never uses basmati rice and also insists on my mom try this seeraga samba rice. Seeraga samba rice is very aromatic. We can use the seeraga samba rice for making Ven pongal, sakkara pongal and paal payasam too.

Ever since I have tried Homemade Biryani masala, I wanted to try out Veg biryani using the Homemade Biryani masala. I called up our neighbor aunty, who is our very good family friend, and got the recipe from her. We all loved it very much.

If you are looking for easy and exotic recipe, do try this Seeraga samba Veg Biryani at home.
