Spicy black pepper noodles recipe with full video and step by step instructions. Last week my daughter posted a sweet chili paneer recipe. This week she is sharing the recipe of Spicy black pepper noodles. This is a very simple recipe and we tried this at home a few times. This is a super hit recipe and an easy noodles recipe too.
Usually, I make veg Hakka noodles or any pasta for kids at home. Sometimes when I make schezwan sauce I make Schezwan style noodles. This noodle recipe has the base of peanut butter and it was so tasty. We added minimum veggies in this recipe. You can add bean sprouts, tofu, and mushrooms too. Spicy black pepper noodles
Easy to make noodles recipe
Servings 1 person
Ingredients
- 1 small packet Instant noodles like the size of maggi single packet
- ½ Capsicum
- 2 tbsp Carrot thinly cut
- 2 tbsp Spring onion
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- For the sauce
- 1 tbsp Peanut butter
- 1 tsp Pepper powder
- ¼ tsp Sugar
- 4 cloves Garlic finely chopped
- ½ tbsp Soya sauce
- ½ tsp Chili flakes optional
- 2 tbsp hot water
Instructions
- Cook noodles as per the package instructions
- Wash well and drain water and keep aside.
- Add 1 tbsp peanut butter in a bowl
- Add 2 tbsp of hot water
- Mix it well
- Add 1 tsp pepper powder, sugar ¼ tsp,4 Cloves garlic thinly sliced, Chili flakes ½ tsp (if using) and ½ tbsp Soy sauce.
- Mix well.
- Peanut sauce is ready.
- Add 1 tbsp oil in a pan and add spring onion whites.
- Saute for a minute.
- Add thinly sliced carrot and capsicum and saute for a minute.
- Add the sauce and cook for a minute.
- Add the cooked noodles to this and mix well.
- Cook for a minute. Switch off the flame.
- Garnish with spring onion greens.

Notes
1.You can add thinly sliced mushrooms, bean sprouts and tofu cubes to the noodle.
