Tawa Burger, Indian street style Burger, recipe with full video and detailed step by step instructions.
I came across this term Tawa burger, a popular Indian street style Burger few days back. I saw on Instagram and googled about the same. It was very drooling and since kids are at home I thought i will make this Tawa burger for them. I saw few videos and Tarla dalal’s version of Tawa Burger was quite easy and simple. I just improvised on it and finally made it yesterday. Everyone at home loved it and especially the kids loved it.
Usually, we make patties and keep it inside the Burger along with cheese, onion, and tomato. But this Tawa burger is a different one and I felt it is similar to the Mumbai style Masala Pav.
