I have posted Mini masala uttapam, small onion uttapam, and vegetable uttapam recipe in Jeyashri’s kitchen. Sometime back I have seen a Youtube video on Uttapam sandwich from a Mumbai street shop. I was thinking to try that at home. Now since the kids are home every day wanted to make something interesting for them.
This uttapam sandwich recipe, Sandwich uttapam turned out to be a super hit at my home. If you are not getting bread during this lockdown period, try this sandwich without using bread. I made the same filling which I used for the Bangalore Iyengar bakery style Masala sandwich recipe.
I have given variations in the notes section, please check that out at the end of the post.
