Ingredients

big cucumber

boiled chickpeas

finely chopped onion

chaat masala

tsp
cumin powder

tsp
black salt

tsp
red chili powder

tomato
Green chutney
as needed
Sweet chutney
as needed

cup
pomegranate arils
Sev as needed
Coriander leaves to garnish
Instructions
Wash and cut the cucumber and cut into slightly thick roundels.
Arrange them in a plate.
Add boiled chickpeas on this. You can add chopped boiled potatoes instead of that.
Mix the chaat masala, cumin powder, black salt and red chili powder.
Sprinkle this on the top of the cucumber slices.
Add finely chopped onions and tomatoes.
Now add the green chutney and sweet chutney on the top.
Add in the pomegranate arils on this.
Garnish with seva and coriander leaves.
Serve immediately.

Notes
1. Use potato or boiled peanuts instead of chickpeas.
2. You can use papdis instead of cucumber slices.
3. Cucumber chaat is a perfect party starter.
