Chop the gooseberries into small and discard the seed.
In a blender grind this into a smooth paste along with ginger and jaggery or sugar.
You can add little water while grinding.
Add 2 cups of water to this and sieve this mixture.
Discard the residue.
Add salt, black salt, and roasted cumin powder.
Now add the lemon juice.
Mix well.
Add ice cubes and serve immediately.

1. You can add honey also to this instead of jaggery | sugar.
2. You can add few mint leaves while grinding the Gooseberry.
3. You can add soaked sabja seeds to the gooseberry lemonade.
