Method:
Put everything in a blender and blend into a smooth paste for green mango chutney.
For mango chutney, add fresh mango pulp, sugar, red chili powder, cumin powder,black salt, chaat masala and water to a pan.
Cook for 15 minutes in a low- medium flame till the mixture turns glossy.
Sweet mango chutney is ready.
Cool and store this in an airtight container. This can be stored for 3 weeks in the refrigerator.
Add 1.5 cups of pori | murmura in a bowl.
Add the papdis, onion, tomato, raw mango, boiled potato, chaat masala, red chili powder, ½ cup ripe mango, roasted peanuts and lemon juice.
Add the green chutney and sweet mango chutney.
Add little sev and few coriander leaves.
Mix everything well.
Garnish with remaining sev, coriander leaves and ripe mango pieces
Serve immediately.
Delicious Mango Bhel puri is ready.
