- ½ cup Oats I used quick oats.
- 2 Mango I used Alphonso mango
- 1 cup Yogurt | curd
- ¼ cup Milk
- 2 tsp Chia seeds
- 2 tsp Flax seeds
- 2 tsp Sugar optional
- 1 tbsp Mango pieces for garnishing
- 1 tsp Pumpkin seeds
Peel the skin of the mangoes and roughly chop them.
One portion of the mango only sliced into small cubes for garnishing.
In a mixie add the mango pieces, yogurt, and milk. If adding sugar add it now.
To give it an Indian touch you can add a pinch of cardamom powder.
Blend this into a smooth paste.
In a jar add the quick-cooking oats, chia seeds, and flax seeds. It's optional to add the seeds.
Add the mango yogurt puree to this.
Mix well.
Keep this refrigerated for 4 hours or overnight.
Before serving garnish with mango pieces and pumpkin seeds.
1. Instead of sugar, you can add honey or maple syrup.
2. I didn't add any, as the mangoes are so sweet.
3. You can top the Mango overnight oats with almonds and walnuts too.
