Ripe mango small

red chili powder

Instructions
Take out the pulp from 2 ripe mangoes.
In a mixie grind the pulp of the mangoes along with red chili powder, pepper powder, salt, black salt, and cumin powder.
Grind into a fine paste.
Add sugar according to the sweetness of the mangoes.
Grind into a fine paste.
Transfer to a bowl.
The mango concentrate is ready.
You can keep it inside the refrigerator for a week and use it whenever you want.
In a serving glass add few ice cubes and add 2.5 tbsp of mango concentrate.
Add 1 and ¼ cup of water.
Now add some mint leaves and 1 tbsp of lemon juice.
Mix everything well.
Serve immediately.
