Microwave high for 7 minutes. Every minute take it out and stir it well.
After 4 minutes the consistency is like this.
The time varies from microwave to microwave.
I got the right consistency in 12 minutes, when I tried this for the first time in Singapore.
This time I got in 8 minutes.
When it turns grainy and little loose take it out.
It will get thickened once it is cool down.
Instant palkova is ready.

1. Do not microwave this for a long time, it will become chewy.2. You can store this at room temperature for one day and in the refrigerator for a week.3. If you want to reheat, Boil water in a pan and switch it off. Place the palkova in a bowl and keep it inside the hot water.4.
