Microwave or roast 2 pepper papad on open flame or deep fry it.
Take ½ cup curd in a bowl and add red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and little salt.
Since papad has salt, add less salt.
Whisk everything well.
In a pan add 3 tsp oil and add cumin seeds.
When it crackles add the whisked curd mixture.
Add ¼ tsp turmeric powder and 1 cup of water
Let this boil for 3-4 minutes.
Break the roasted papad and add to the gravy.
Mix well. The gravy will thicken now.
Boil for a minute.
Switch off the flame.
Garnish with coriander leaves
